Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring personal care assistance
